Challenges in translation: find formulation, preclinical toxicology, phase I trials to establish safety, biomarkers. Challenges in mechanism: RNA-Seq, Chip-Seq of relevant cells, KO mice by Cas-CRISPR, deep expertise in the relevant discipline.
